What is the capacity of the venue?
Signal Cove Event Center accommodates up to 240 guests across 3,500 square feet of modern, waterfront space.

We are located at 13139 Tiller Dr, Hudson, FL. Our facility is a coastal gem situated directly on the water with stunning sunset views.
Is the building ADA accessible?
Yes, our entire facility was renovated in 2020 and is fully ADA/ACA compliant, ensuring easy access for all your guests.
Do you have breakout rooms or separate sections?
Yes, our modular design allows the main hall to be split into two distinct function areas, perfect for project breaks or private bridal preparation.
How do I officially lock in my event date?
A date is officially secured once we have received a completed Event Reservation Form and the required security deposit. We do not hold dates without these items.
When is the final balance due?
Full payment for venue fees, staffing, and equipment MUST be received 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Security deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 30 days of the event. Deposits for cancellations made prior to that may be partially refunded at management's discretion.
Is there a kitchen on-site?
Yes, we have a fully equipped professional kitchen available for food preparation. Use of the kitchen is included in all rental tiers.
Can I prepare my own food for my event?
Yes! Because your event is a private gathering for friends and family, you are welcome to prepare your own food using our professional kitchen. For public events, a licensed caterer is required.
What are your decoration rules?
To protect our facility, we do not allow nails, tacks, or staples. Only 3M/Scotch wall-safe tape is permitted. The renter assumes full liability for any physical damage.
Are children allowed at the waterfront?
Yes, but since we are a waterfront property, all children MUST be under continuous adult supervision.
